About

The Full Story

From CEO at 25 to dual doctorates and enterprise architecture leadership — a career built on building, not just advising.

I'm Dr. Hephzibah A. Igwe — and I've spent my career refusing to be just one thing.

I hold dual doctorates in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science/Information Technology, an MBA in IT Project Management, and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. I'm an IEEE Fellow, a contributing expert to IEEE AI Ethics Standards and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and I have two patents pending in AI-driven automation.

But credentials are just the beginning. What defines me is what I've built.

I started my career as CEO of a technology firm I grew to 90+ employees. I went on to architect enterprise solutions for some of the most demanding organizations in the world — securing $50M in board-approved cloud investment, migrating 100+ workloads in FDA-regulated environments, and leading AI-powered platforms across healthcare, finance, and insurance.

Today I serve as Principal Software Engineer at a major healthcare institution, sitting on executive IT leadership and chairing the Architecture Board across a 65,000-employee system. I also teach the next generation as an Adjunct Professor in Computer Science and Software Engineering.

And I'm still building. I founded Hanalyzer.ai, Synviq, and LawSchoolKit — ventures that reflect the full breadth of what I care about: AI, enterprise systems, and making complex things accessible.

Now pursuing IP law, I'm adding legal foresight to my technical depth — because the future of technology demands people who can build and govern responsibly.

What Drives Me

Intelligence. Integrity. Impact.

Every venture I launch, every architecture I design, every student I mentor — it all comes back to these three principles. Technology without integrity is dangerous. Intelligence without impact is wasted. I build to make a difference.
